General Policies Governing Public Use of College Facilities

The College has developed and maintains a variety of physical resources in keeping with the overall mission of the College and the enhancement of the community at large. It is the policy of the College that these facilities be utilized in the first instance to fulfill its mission and role as an institution of higher education and secondly be made available to others, pursuant to a license agreement or permit, for uses compatible with College operations, its educational and community service goals and its public image.

The use of College facilities are available on a non-discriminatory basis and shall be subject to and be governed by College policies, rules and regulations including policies, rules and regulations unique to the particular space, room, building or facility as well as all federal, state and local laws, statutes or ordinances. Users may be required to pay fees on the basis of fee schedules in effect at the time.
