Strategic Plan
As part of the Strategic Plan 2025, Macomb has:
- Revised its Mission and Vision statements
- Defined its institutional Values
- Developed a Student Experience Statement - what the college aspires to provide its students
- Identified key Strategies
These foundational components were developed through a collaborative process that included the work of the Strategic Planning Committee and Work Team, with input from stakeholders across the college and approval of the College’s Board of Trustees.
Looking Ahead
The Strategic Plan now enters the next phase, centered around five revised Strategies to further drive continuous improvement through 2025 and beyond. This milestone reflects the dedication of numerous strategic planning teams committed to advancing student success, community engagement and institutional excellence.
