This webpage is designed to provide information, forms, and policies needed for employees at the College. Additionally, attending the new employee orientation and will answer any questions and finalize the hiring process for new employees.

The New Employee Orientation Meetings are held at the MAC Building (Suite 3A) located at 16000 Hall Road, Clinton Township, MI 48038. After the New Hire Meeting, employees and supervisors may refer to this page for helpful information, resources, and review of topics.

 

  1. Please take this form to Concentra to complete your TB Test. (Note the TB Test must be read within 48-72 hours of test administration)

    2. ORS New Hire Retirement Plan Acknowledgement
    3. Federal Withholding Form (W-4)

    5. City of Detroit W-4 (if applicable)
    6. Direct Deposit Authorization Form
    7. Emergency Contacts

  4. Please review the I-9 Acceptable Documents List and the Instructions for Form I-9. Bring original form(s) of identification with you to your new hire meeting.

The items below relate to positions that are not paid through CWS – be aware should you transfer to or obtain a secondary position within the College, you will need to make a retirement selection at that time. If you only have a CWS position at Macomb Community College, this section is for your awareness only.
