Part-Time New Hire Onboarding Portal

Congratulations and Welcome to Macomb Community College!

This webpage is designed to provide you with all the information, forms, and policies you will need to become a new employee at the College. When you have completed the pre-employment physical and TB test, bring all completed forms to the Human Resource Office.  We are ready and able to greet you between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday – no appointment is necessary.  The Human Resource Office is located at the MAC Building (Suite 3A) located at 16000 Hall Road, Clinton Township (this is close to Center Campus, but located off Hall Road, West of Garfield).

To prepare for your employment, please be sure to complete everything necessary and visit the Human Resource office at least three days prior to your start date.

  1. Please take this form to Concentra to complete your pre-employment physical and TB Test.  (Note the TB Test must be read within 48-72 hours of test administration)

  2. If a degree is a requirement qualification for your new position, and you have not done so already, please order your official transcript.   6. Please review the I-9 Acceptable Documents List and Instructions for Form I-9. Bring original form(s) of identification with you when you visit the Office of Human Resources.
