Marine Maintenance Technician Program
With 3,822 miles of coastline, Michigan has the longest freshwater coastline in the country and the second largest number of registered boats. The Marine Technician pathway teaches students essential skills needed to maintain the boats in Michigan's waterways. Students will learn how to diagnose and maintain inboard and outboard engines and propulsion systems. Electrical wiring and plumbing systems are included. Safety, terminology and customer service skills specific to the marine industry will be discussed.
Students who successfully complete all 18 core courses will earn a Marine Technician Certificate of Completion.

Truck Driving School
This is a hands-on, 160-hour training program. We ensure each student receives the proper training with a certified CDL instructor. Subjects covered are CDL written preparation for those students who do not already have a temporary instructor's permit, pre-trip inspection, all control/driving skills, offset backing, 90-degree backing and shifting of a 10-speed transmission. Once the student is well prepared, they will be issued a state road exam to receive their CDL.
Students who successfully complete all 160-hour courses will earn a Truck Driving Certificate of Completion and State of Michigan Class A CDL license.
