Macomb Community College offers Job Fair Success workshops on April 10 and 11

Offers preparation for college’s upcoming job fair on April 18

In preparation for Macomb Community College’s annual spring job fair on April 18, the college’s Career Services Department will hold two Job Fair Success workshops. One session will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2 p.m., at Macomb’s Center Campus in Clinton Township and on Wednesday, April 11,  2 p.m., at the college’s South Campus in Warren. The workshops offer tips on job fair networking and ways to make favorable impressions with employers participating in the fair.

Registration is required and can be made by calling 586.445.7321 or emailing careerservices@macomb.edu.  The workshop at Center Campus will be held in H Building, Room 219, and the workshop at South Campus will be held in G Building, Room 309.

Macomb’s annual job fair, which is co-sponsored by the City of Warren, will feature employers who are looking to hire interns as well as full- and part-time employees.  Companies planning to participate in the job fair represent a wide range of industry sectors, including automotive, engineering, health care, manufacturing, hospitality, accounting, telecommunications and financial services. The job fair is held at the college’s Sports & Expo Center, located on Macomb’s South Campus in Warren.
