What is an IT Professional?

An IT Professional is the “go to” position when an organization needs a computer-related approach to a business-related challenge. An IT Professional is involved in the researching, recommending and installing of hardware and software applications, as well as designing efficient computer networks and databases. They are usually responsible for monitoring an organization’s computer system, and developing standards and procedures for its internal use and operation.
