Macomb University Center open house showcases advanced degree opportunities from 10 partner institutions

The Macomb University Center, located on Macomb Community College’s Center Campus in Clinton Township, will hold an open house on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 4:30 – 7 p.m. Prospective students can learn how they can complete an advanced degree, with nearly 50 bachelor-degree completion and master’s and doctoral degree programs available through the college’s 10 partner institutions.

Participants will be able to ask questions about the degree programs offered by Macomb University Center partners and learn about transfer agreements, growth industries and careers, and how to graduate career ready. The partner universities are:

  • Central Michigan University
  • Ferris State University
  • Madonna University
  • Michigan State University
  • Northwood University
  • Oakland University
  • Rochester University
  • University of Detroit Mercy
  • Walsh
  • Wayne State University

Also in attendance will be representatives from Macomb’s Counseling and Advising, Admissions and Outreach, and Veteran and Military Services offices. Participants can also interact with representatives from Michigan Works!

The event is free, but registration is required at www.macomb.edu/uc. All registered participants will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 Amazon gift card. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
