Oct. 5 brings Senior Capitol Correspondent Tim Skubick in Really Off the Record to the Lorenzo Cultural Center

Veteran journalist offers insider’s perspective into the fall election

The Lorenzo Cultural Center presents Really Off the Record with Senior Capitol Correspondent Tim Skubick on Wednesday, October 5 at 7 p.m. Skubick, who hosts Off The Record, a weekly political talk show aired on PBS stations throughout Michigan, will offer an insider’s view to the fall election.

Skubick has covered Michigan politics and government for 45 years, making him the longest-serving member of the capitol press corps. He has written two books on Michigan politics, is a member of the Michigan Journalism and Broadcast halls of fame and has won four Emmys.

The presentation is part of the Lorenzo Center’s exhibit and series of presentations, The President’s Photographer: 50 Years Inside the Oval Office. While the presentation is free, registration is requested by calling 586.445.7348 or by emailing culturalcenter@macomb.edu.
