Learn about trends and careers in global supply chain management at Macomb Community College workshop

The rise of globalization has spurred creation of careers in global supply chain management to manage the flow of parts and services worldwide.  Macomb Community College’s Career Services is hosting a workshop, Industry Trends and Careers in Global Supply Chain Management, on Tuesday, October 29, from 3 to 6 p.m., to help shed light on the field and the career opportunities it offers.  The workshop will be held at the Macomb University Center, located on the college’s Center Campus at Hall and Garfield roads in Clinton Township.

Employers and experts in the field of global supply chain management will offer their insights into the field.  The event includes an employer and student information panel, as well as breakout sessions in trade management, trends in global purchasing and warehouse management.
