Hospitality Management Program

I’m passionate about the guest experience. I’m more passionate about the employee experience (because) if I take care of the employee, the employee takes care of the guest. - Anthony Melchiorri, Hospitality Expert and Creator and Host of Hotel Impossible

What is Hospitality Management?

Hospitality Management is the business side of the hospitality industry, involved in the day-to day operations of restaurants, casinos, resorts, hotels and other entertainment and lodging venues. Using sound management concepts, Hospitality Managers are responsible for the smooth running of a business enterprise that is primarily dedicated to travel and/or leisure. Hospitality Management is also the business of making people feel welcome in the hopes that they will return again and again.
