Project Management Certificate Program

A Continuing Education Program

Project Management is the art and science of making things happen.
- J.D. Meier, Principal Program Manager at Microsoft, Author of Getting Results the Agile Way

What is Project Management?

A new and unique project not already ingrained into a company’s operational structure, and often temporary in nature, needs a specific type of management to guide it successfully from launch to completion.  The project may be the development of a new process or product, a response to an evolving public demand, or a change in organizational direction.  The project team may have worked together regularly or never before. Project Management is responsible for strategically pulling everyone and everything together to ensure that a new initiative is delivered on-time, on-budget and on-target.
