The automotive management program is a third- and fourth-year program that concentrates on managerial skills required by the automotive industry. Successful completion of the program leads to a Bachelor of Science degree.

Instruction is provided in the areas of management, sales, marketing, distribution, customer relations, warranty administration, franchising, dealership operations, accounting, financing, and related computer skills.

Along with specific automotive management abilities, students have the opportunity to develop communication and related skills through oral presentations and written projects that are required in many courses. In addition, an on-the-job management internship is an important part of the program.

Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Technology & Management (Offered at South Campus) If you have technical education, technical training, or military training in your background and you're looking for a career move to an administrative role or an advanced technical position, this degree is definitely the one for you.  We know that many people working today have their associate degree, or have earned college credit from a variety of schools, but are looking to take the next step and earn their bachelor's degree.  That's why we designed this flexible degree program to accept a variety of college credits or an associate degree, and who desire a bachelor's degree.  Go from shop floor to top floor:  If you are looking for the skills and confidence to step up to more challenging, higher-paying manufacturing jobs, such as team leader, production supervisor, quality manager, sales engineer, engineering supervisor, or production controller, the Industrial Technology & Management BAS will give you the edge you need.  We have designed this program for people already involved in any one of a number of areas in manufacturing who possess many manufacturing or business-related credits or an associate degree, and who desire a bachelor's degree.  Get a great job:  Most of our current students work in a manufacturing facility and wish to advance their careers, responsibilities and salaries.  By bringing a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of manufacturing, additional skills are learned in the program that can transfer directly to the workplace.  Employment opportunities for Industrial Technology & Management graduates are found across the entire spectrum of manufacturing and related industries.  Common  job titles you can expect from completing this program include production supervisor, project leader, team leader or a position in middle management.  Depending on your previous experience, additional career tracks one could expect from obtaining this degree may also be available in engineering, upper management and sales.

Bachelor of Science in Automotive Management - The Automotive Management program concentrates on managerial skills required by the automotive and heavy equipment industry.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Professional Track (Offered at South Campus) This program is an excellent choice for students with a specialized associate's degree, such as construction technology, culinary arts, legal assistance, and others.  It is also great for students with an associate's in business who would like to add technical or specialized training to their credentials.  This program will prepare you for the rapidly changing nature of the work environment in business, government and other nonprofit organizations and equip you with the skills you need for entry-level positions as well as advancement.  Building upon a core of business courses, the program features a tight sequence of major courses; however, the program also provides the flexibility to specialize in an area for the student.  Students with associate degrees in technical fields will find the program attractive for building a solid knowledge of business and management upon their technical expertise.  The major is also valuable as preparation for law school, as well as for graduate studies in business. 

Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice (Offered at East Campus) this program gives you a general education in criminal justice, but also lets you choose to focus on specific technical skills by enrolling in clusters of courses in the areas of forensic science, communications, accounting, computer information systems, human resource management.  Spanish or social sciences.  Coursework is designed to provide an understanding of criminal justice, while allowing you to obtain special work-related skills that will open opportunities in a variety of criminal justice agencies, or pursue the bachelor of science degree with the intent of pursuing further graduate or professional studies.
