Macomb Open House Sept. 24

Know you need to further your education, but aren’t sure where to begin? Information on programs available at Macomb Community College and nine partner institutions will be available during an open house program at the college on Wednesday, Sept. 24.

Faculty, counselors, financial aid advisors and other college representatives will be available to answer questions during the annual open house 4:30-7:30 p.m. at the Macomb University Center on Center Campus in Clinton Township.

In addition to information on the more than 100 areas of study available at Macomb, representatives from Central Michigan University, Ferris State University, Lawrence Technological University, Madonna University, Oakland University, Rochester College, University of Detroit Mercy, Walsh College and Wayne State University, all of which offer programs at the University Center, will be in attendance at the open house. Through partnerships in place between Macomb and the universities, students can pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree in more than 50 different fields of study, all at the University Center.

As part of the open house, several workshops will be offered:
• Starting at Macomb, 4:30-5:30 p.m.
• Financial Aid, 5-6 p.m.
• Adult Returning to Learning, 4:30 p.m.
• Health Careers at Macomb, 5-6 p.m.
• Attending the Macomb University Center, 5:30 p.m.
