Macomb Community College will host its annual Easter Extravaganza on Sunday, March 16, noon to 3 p.m., at the Macomb Sports & Expo Center on the college's South Campus, 12 Mile and Hayes roads, in Warren.
The Easter Bunny will be on hand to pose with children (one photo per family), and there will be face painting, a giant slide and other inflatables, train rides with Dan Dan the Choo Choo Man and Easter crafts to make and take home. There will also be a used book exchange sponsored by Macomb's chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society of the two-year college, and young readers are encouraged to bring a gently used book that they can exchange for another.
The Easter Extravaganza is free and is for children 8 years of age or younger. Parental supervision of each child is required at all times. For more information, call 866.Macomb1 or visit www.macomb.edu.
