Career Services Job Fair

This annual event enables employers from many areas of business, government and industry an opportunity to meet with students, alumni and community residents who are interested in employment opportunities. The cost is $75.00 (non-refundable).

In order to register for the Career Services Job Fair, you must have an account in MacombCareerLink, our online job database.

On-Campus Interviewing and Information Tables

On-campus interviewing allows you to interview with students right on the campus. The department posts the recruiting dates and employee qualifications required. If students meet these qualifications, they may register and set up an interview.

       On-Campus Interviewing Requirements:

  • Table registration is required  two weeks prior to preferred recruitment date.
  • Companies required to register in MacombCareerLink and post their position(s) within. Applicants will apply within the system and those that are selected for interviews by your company will be placed in an interviewing schedule.
  • Companies must let Career Services know of any job start-up costs and /or fees incurred by the student.  This amount will be advertised on the flyer created by Career Services for on-campus visitation.

        Information Table Requirements:

  • There is a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee.
  • The Employer will give a two-week notification for the visit to allow time for advertising and the processing of facility requests, both to the Career Services office and Conference Services office.
  • Information table dates subject to facility availabilities.
  • Companies will limit on-campus visitation to three times per semester - a total of one visit per month for the months of January, February, March, September, October and November.  There will not be any on-campus visitation during April, May, June, July, August and December.
  • Your company  table will be placed in K-building at South and P-building at Center Campus which are high-traffic student buildings.
  • Companies must let Career Services know of any job start-up costs and /or fees incurred by the student.  This amount will be advertised on the flyer created by Career Services for on-campus visitation.
  • Companies must provide Career Services with the position/positions they are recruiting for and any literature they will be passing out.
  • The MCC Campus police will be notified of the event and the attending On-Campus recruiter.
