ACHIEVING THE DREAM
Macomb Community College is proud to be one of over 150 colleges selected to participate in Achieving the Dream (AtD), a multi-year national initiative. The goal of AtD is to increase community college student success, with a special focus on under-prepared students, low-income students, and students of color—those groups that have traditionally been at a disadvantage educationally.
Achieving the Dream Learning Community Information Events will be held June 26 and 28!
Did you know...
Achieving the Dream colleges graduate or transfer close to 250,000 students a year. With just a 5 percent increase in graduation rates, we can positively impact the lives of an additional 12,500 students each year—or 62,500 students over five years. That’s 62,500 additional students achieving a life-changing goal because of the work to which we are committing ourselves today.
