(1) Audio Visual Resources and AV Production Support Services
(2) Academic Systems (computer labs and classrooms)

Audio Visual Resources
Providing equipment for faculty, staff and students, the AV Departments are located at Center and South Campus, with South Campus providing support to the MTEC and the Center Campus providing support to the East Campus and Macomb Administrative Center. AV services support faculty using mediation in the classrooms, reservation and delivery of equipment such as computer projection units, overhead projectors and other instructional equipment for classroom use. Audio Visual Production Support Services
The AVPSS provides support for satellite downlinks at South and Center campuses in support of teleconferences. Videotaping, duplicating, and editing of academic activities and non-copyright materials, as well as college functions, can also be arranged through AVPSS. To ensure support of all, reservations are required 48 hours in advance.
Academic Computing
The Academic Computing staff support all classrooms and labs with computer equipment at all Macomb locations including the MTEC, University Center, South Campus, Center Campus, and East Campus. Academic Computing staff provide assistance in computer software installation, hardware and software troubleshooting, assist faculty and staff as requested, manage the open computer labs and provide support to the Learning Centers, Library open lab areas and Continuing Education.
Electronics
Coordination of all electronic repairs for classrooms, offices and support staff is the main work component for the Electronics group. The staff also supplies support for complex technology setups for large College events.
User Services
The User Services staff supports all hardware and software located in offices and administrative areas at all campus locations. Problem resolution, support, hardware and software ordering, and support of speciality administrative software installations are the respoonsibility of User Services staff.
