Students who enroll at Macomb Community College intending to transfer and complete a bachelor's degree need to make early decisions concerning an academic major and a transfer destination.  Statistics show that students who make these decisions early are more likely to persist to graduation than their undecided counterparts.  The transfer resource best equipped to help undecided students to plan their educational future is the Office of Counseling and Academic Advising Services. 

Academic decision making starts at the course level.  Macomb College submits all new curricular offerings to our educational partners in order to determine how each new course can be used toward completion of a baccalaureate degree.  Course equivalency information can be found in a number of locations on the Internet.  You can find what you need to know about the transfer value of our courses by accessing the individual college or university website or the website of the Michigan Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (MACRAO) @ www.macrao.org.
