By Mail: Payment must be received in the Cashier offices by the scheduled due date. Please allow 3-5 days for mailing. Payment made by check, money order, credit card or Sponsored Billing authorization should be mailed to:

In Person at Cashier Offices: To avoid standing in long lines, pay in advance of your payment due date. Cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover and  Sponsored Billing authorizations are accepted.

A drop box is available at the Cashier Offices during regular business hours. Payment envelopes are available at each drop box site. Complete all information requested and drop in the drop box with your payment. Complete a payment envelope for each student payment that is being made. DO NOT PUT CASH IN DROP BOXES. Macomb Community College cannot be responsible for cash payments put into drop boxes. Payments received after 4pm or on a weekend/holiday will not be processed until the next business day.

NOTE: Payment in full is required by the payment due date. The college does not offer payment plans or payment extensions.
