If Student’s employer is located in Macomb County and provides tuition reimbursement, the student is entitled to a waiver adjustment to In-District tuition rate if the student's residency is outside of Macomb County.
A letter on Employer’s stationery must be submitted EACH TERM to the Cashier's Office before registering (preferred) or prior to the end of the term. The letter must include the following:
- Student Name
- Macomb Student ID or SSN
- Current Date
- Term to be covered, i.e. Winter 2012
- A statement that student participates in the Company’s Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program
- Authorized Signature (from tuition assistance office, HR, etc)
Letters can be submitted to the Cashier Offices in person or by fax to 586.445.7409.
If you need documentation to receive Tuition Reimbursement from your employer please access the Itemized Statement of Tuition and Fees via the Students Menu on WebAdvisor. Copies of receipts showing payment method (cash, check, etc) can be requested by contacting the Cashier Offices.
