EMPLOYER TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

 

If Student’s employer is located in Macomb County and provides tuition reimbursement, the student is entitled to In-District tuition rate. Student will be changed In-District rate even if Student’s residence is outside of Macomb County.

A letter on Employer’s stationery must be provided prior to registration to the Cashiers Office, which includes the following:

  • Authorized Signature
  • Current Date
  • Student Name
  • Macomb Student ID or SSN
  • A statement that student participates in the Company’s Tuition Reimbursement Program

Student must submit a new letter from employer each term.

Letters can be submitted to the Cashier Offices in person or by fax.

If you need documentation to receive Tuition Reimbursement from your employer please access the Itemized Statement of Tuition and Fees via the Students Menu on WebAdvisor. Copies of receipts can be requested by contacting the Cashier Offices.

Tuition must be paid in full by the payment deadline. No extensions or payment plans are available.
