The student needs to be sure to do the following:

1.  Make sure the address is correct.  The student can check his/her address on WebAdvisor.
2.  Choose a refund option.  When the student receives the card in the mail, he/she must go to http://www.macombdebitcard.com/ and choose a refund option.
3.  Save the card.  Even if the student does not have a credit balance/refund for the Winter 2010 term, the student may have one in a future semester.  The student is only issued one card and there is a $25 fee to replace an active card. There is a $10 fee to replace a card that has never been activated.
