Organization Description

It could have been a stroke or a car accident; an injury to the spine or brain, organs or extremities. It could have been substance abuse or an emotional or mental disorder. However, something happened that left a person less functional and dependent in their skills of living. Whether the person is five years old or eighty-five, occupational therapy is needed if they are to regain functional, productive lives.

This organization supplements the Occupational Therapy Assistants program. To be a member of this organization you must be an enrolled student in the Occupational Therapy Assistants program. For additional information on the Health and Human Services programs, please contact the Counseling and Advising Center.
