Donate for the Holidays

Basic Necessity Donation

We are collecting basic necessities to be donated to Solid Ground transitional homeless shelter in Roseville. The following are necessities you could donate: shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, conditioner, floss, laundry detergent, fabric softner, deodorant, lotion, mouth wash, dish soap, sponges, hair brushes/combs, cough drops, hotel samples, feminine products, toilet paper, kleenex, nail clippers, Q-tips, cotton balls, diapers, baby wipes, diaper rash cream, chap stick, hand sanitizer, sheets, towels, dust pans, brooms, mops, socks, underwear.

Non-Perishable Food Drive

We are collecting food that can be donated to Gleaners. We can accept expired foods as long as the expiration date is 2006-present.

New Toy and Clothing Drive

We are collecting new toys for children ages 0-14 years that will be donated to the Salvation Army and distributed to children in southern Macomb County. In addition, we will be collecting toys and clothes for boys and male teens who reside at Have, a domestic violence shelter.

You can drop off donations to Student Activities or one of the drop boxes by December 12th. Drop boxes are located at Center Campus in G, P and C buildings and at South Campus in S, K and J.

Student Activities Purpose Statement

The Student Activities Office seeks to enhance the student experience by offering diverse programs and opportunities that build community, develop leadership skills and create global awareness.
