WEBADVISOR INFORMATION

WebAdvisor is a secure Web interface that allows applicants, students, and faculty to access personal and college related information.
  1. It allows Applicants to access information, such as, assessment, financial aid, and open classes.
  2. It allows Students to register for classes and access information, such as, assessment, grades, schedules, account balance, transcripts, and open classes.
  3. It allows Faculty members to view their class rosters, enter grades, search for open classes, view their scheduled classes, and view their students' college related information.

Please Note:
WebAdvisor is not available during regular system maintenance.  Generally, this is from 3 am - 6 am daily and occasional Sundays.

Also, due to heavy registration traffic, you may experience difficulty accessing WebAdvisor and Macomb's Tel-Reg system. If you continue to experience problems, you can call the Enrollment Help Desk at 586.445.7225. Also, our staff will accommodate your needs in person if you would like to come to South Campus or Center Campus Enrollment Offices during normal business hours.

Technical Issues

WebAdvisor can be used on any Windows platform. The latest version of web browsers for either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator are recommended, but not required. Considerably older versions of these two browsers may have issues using WebAdvisor's security features. It is best to view WebAdvisor using the most current version of these browsers.

If you do not have the latest version installed on your PC, you can get the current version by clicking on the icon below. When the asked if you would like Open or Save the file, please choose "Open."

Login and Password Information for WebAdvisor

To log-in to WebAdvisor, you will need your User ID (User Name) and your Password. You will need your Login to access your personal information for WebAdvisor. Your Login helps secure your personal information.

Get Password - Users who access the system the first time follow the steps below:

Click on WebAdvisor (upper right hand corner of this site)
Click on CURRENT AND FORMER STUDENTS
Click on WHAT IS MY USER ID (for the first time logging on and/or if you forget your user ID)
Key in the LAST NAME and SS# or MACOMB ID fields, then click submit
This will give you your USER ID. If you get an error message contact Enrollment Services
Use the BACK arrow to go back to the CURRENT AND FORMER STUDENTS menu
At this time you can make your selection from this Menu
Once you have selected a Menu Option you will be asked to enter your USER ID (from step 5) and PASSWORD (birth date mmddyy), then click submit
At this time you will get a message stating your PASSWORD HAS EXPIRED or INVALID PASSWORD
Now enter the USER ID (all lowercase from step 5) and enter a NEW PASSWORD, enter the password a 2nd time and enter a hint (just in case you forget your password) then click submit NOTE: the new password must contain a combination of 6-9 letters & numbers, now click submit and you should be linked to the menu option you have selected (from step 8)
CHANGE PASSWORD: 

Once you are in WebAdvisor, under User Account, you can select "Change Password" on the "For Current Students" screen. Follow the instructions on the screen to change your Password to a new six to nine-digit alpha/number you're sure you can remember. You are also given a Password Hint.This is recommended to use in the event that you forget your password. It is strongly recommended that you change your password frequently.

Forgot Password:

If you have an email address on file in the enrollment office, you can reset your password from the "What's My Password" screen in WebAdvisor.

You can send an e-mail message to the Enrollment Office (scwebreg@macomb.edu) or  (ccwebreg@macomb.edu) with a subject line of "Enter E-mail Address." Include your full name, Macomb ID or social security number and date of birth in your message. Your request will not be honored unless all three items are submitted.

Allow 24 hours for processing.
