There are two ways to obtain Enrollment Verification:

1. Submit a form to the Enrollment Services Office.
2. Print your own certificate immediately from the National Student Clearinghouse.

Note: If you attend several institutions you must request enrollment status/verification from each of your schools to submit to your lender.

Use the Enrollment Verification form to request verification of your enrollment status.

1. Print the Enrollment Verification Form
2. Complete the form with the required information
3. Submit the completed form to the Enrollment Services Office

National Student Clearinghouse

Before accessing the National Student Clearinghouse, please log-in to WebAdvisor:

1. Go to the Academic Profile heading
2. Click on Enrollment Verification

From WebAdvisor you will gain access to the National Student Clearing House Student Self-Service Website.
