General Information

To be considered for admission to the Clinical Laboratory Technology, Health Information Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist Assistant, Respiratory Therapy, Surgical Technology and/or Veterinary Technician programs, applicants need to apply and be accepted into the program.  Applicants are required to complete All requirements.

Selective Admission packets for 2013 will no longer be printed.  Packets will only be available on line.  To print, click on your selection below which will open a PDF document that can be printed.

All appropriate documentation must be on file with Center Campus Enrollment Services by the February 15, 2013 application deadline date for the program.

The Selective Admission Application and supporting documentation are accepted up to one year in advance of the application deadline of February 15, 2013 for Fall 2013
