Recap of 2006-07 Season
“We had a very good record (9-3-1) despite returning only 3 players from the previous year. The lack of quality games in early September hurt us going into the conference schedule. We came on and played our best soccer at the end of the season, but it wasn’t enough to get us into the regional tournament.”
Preview of 2007-08 Season
“We are returning 3 all region players and many more sophomores who we will count on to play an important role this season. The quality of the freshman coming in is very good as well. This combination will put us in a position to seriously contend for a regional championship. Our returning players are also excelling in the classroom, which should lead to quite a few players getting scholarship opportunities to play another two years at a four year university.”
