MIKE CHMIELEWSKI

 

Mike Chmielewski begins his first season at Macomb as the Recruiting Coordinator. 

Chmielewski prepped at Clintondale High School, where he was Captain and Team MVP in 1994 and 1995.  He then moved on to Olivet College to play for four years, where he recieved a Bachelor's of Art's in Elementary Education.  In 2004, Chmielewski recieved a Master's of Arts in Education from Marygrove College.

Chmielewski has 16 years of coaching experience starting in 1995 as an assistant coach with East Side Team Sports.  In 2001, he became an assistant coach at Clintondale High School for one year before moving to South Lake High School in the same position.  In 2007, Chmielewski became the head coach at South Lake, where he won Coach of the Year Honors in 2007 and 2010.

Chimelewski has been married to his wife, Brandy for seven year, and they have two children Charles and Addyson.
