CLIFF HOWE

 

Cliff Howe returns to Macomb Community College in his first season as catching coach.

Howe was a four year player at Roseville Brablec High School, where he was First Team All-State in baseball.  He then played at Macomb Community College before finishing his eligibility at Wayne State University.  Howe played for 18 years in the National Amateur Baseball Federation, winning the N.A.B.F. World Series in 1997, 2007, and 2009, and the Semi-Professional World Series in 2008.

Howe has 10 years of youth coaching experience, including working as the lead instructor with Ernie Whitt in the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Academy and with Jeff Jones in the Detroit Tigers All-Star Baseball Camps.  He also started the Jet Box Baseball Club Youth Organization in 2007.

Howe and his wife Tonette have four children, Bobby, Shane, Billy, and Jered.
