As an expo center, the room layout utilized is always based on the client's need, whether it's aisles with booths, free-standing exhibits, or lecture-style/grandstand seating,   Further room sets can be designed around the use of pipe and drape in creating smaller breakout areas within the space.

In any of the situations above, the facility manager will provide the client with a scale-replica of the floor plan in CAD/Visio format.  Detail drawings include use of all standing structures and electrical layouts.
