The Sports & Expo Center does not publish its facility rental rates.  Why?  Because we are professional meeting planners, like you, and we understand that every client event is unique and deserves personalized attention.  This includes learning about your event and custom-quoting the best rate to match your needs and budget.

However, we do provide discounted rates for non-profit organizations, for extended-day bookings, and reduced rates for less-busy summer months.

Here are some of the other ways our costs are hard to beat:

• ONE full day of set-up and tear-down at no charge.
• Facility labor is free: electrical, drayage and cleaning.
• No charge for forklift service.
• Use you own labor for carting exhibits, displays and literature.
• No head tax (fee for each attendee).
