Macomb College has a full-time professional culinary staff led by an award-winning chef.  We feature an expanded selection of gourmet foods and new styles of catering service.

A selection from our new international menu includes:

  • Chicken Vesuvio--chicken breasts and potatoes braised in a white wine sause
  • Rosemary-Roasted Salmon--North Coast Atlantic salmon roasted with San Maranzno relish
  • Spanish Paella--traditional Catalonian preparation cooked in a rich saffron broth
  • Grilled Chicken with Thai Peanut Sauce--Prik Khing red curry-rubbed chicken breast
  • Marrakesh Express Mediterranean Bar--including hummus, tabouleh and fatoush
  • Sushi--a complete variety
  • Fajita Bar--beef or chicken
  • "Big Bowl" Pasta--with 4 pastas, 5 sauces, and 6 extras from which to choose

Other menu items feature healthy salad entrees, new delicatessen choices, plus many comfort foods such as "Mom's Meatloaf", the Detroit Coney, Philly cheese steak and taco salad bars. Other "meals that appeal" include new palate-pleasing entrees in poultry, fish and beef.
