The Macomb Community College Board of Trustees has authorized the placement of a bond proposal on the November 6, 2012, general election ballot. The Facilities and Technology Bond Proposal seeks voter approval to borrow up to $56 million to preserve and update the college’s facilities and technology.

Macomb Community College is offering nine weeklong career academies this summer to help high school students explore specific career paths.

Macomb Community College is celebrating the accomplishments of those graduates completing degree requirements at the end of the winter 2012 semester, to which it is awarding approximately 1,556 associate degrees, at its 87th commencement on Friday, May 11, 7 p.m., at the Macomb Sports & Expo Center on its South Campus in Warren.
