Prerequisite: HITT-2101, HITT-2105, HITT-2106 and HITT-2108, with grade C or better Corequisite: HITT-2202, HITT-2203, HITT-2204
(formerly HITT-2201) Student will demonstrate basic competencies of health information technology in an acute care setting. This supervised professional practice experience will provide the students with observation of and interaction with health information functions. This course is graded on a pass/fail basis. Students are required to pass this course to progress in the program. (8 contact hrs) Center Campus. Winter semester only.
