Once you get your classic motorcycle fully restored, it will be time to hit the open road for a tour. Two programs offered by the Center for Continuing Education at Macomb Community College can help you do just that.
Classic Motorcycle Restoration will offer the lowdown you need to know before you start your collection, restoration project or restoration-related business. The course provides an overview of what to expect, how to get started and the resources available to help get started. The course will be offered 6:30-9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, at Center Campus, Garfield and M-59, in Clinton Township. The class fee is $25.
Motorcycle Touring offers information on how to plan trip routes, how and what to pack, how to select motorcycles and accessories and other considerations before your next big trip. The one-session class will be offered 6:30-9:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 11 at Center Campus, and 6:30-9:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, at South Campus, 12 Mile and Hayes roads, Warren. The class fee is $25.
