Macomb’s Human Patient Simulator Lab includes a state-of-the-art computer controlled mannequin that provides an exceptional educational opportunity allowing students to practice in a safe learning environment what they would do in a hospital on a real patient.

The patient simulator features include palpable pulses, self-regulating control of breathing, heart, breath and bowel sounds, electrocardiograms, pulmonary artery pressure, cardiac output and more. This full scale, fully interactive, life-like simulator provides students with experiences that would not otherwise be possible.
