At both campuses, Macomb offers courses in remedial, beginning, and advanced composition, creative writing, American, world, and children’s literature, poetry, the novel, and Shakespeare. The College requires ASSET or COMPASS placement results for entry into its beginning composition classes. Some composition sections are taught on-line, and others are taught in mediated classrooms.
