TRANSFER RESOURCES

Information on the Transfer Process

Information about colleges and universities is available from Counseling & Academic Advising Services. Resources include: catalogs, view books, scholarship information and transfer applications. You may also visit the websites of the colleges and universities that interest you. Representatives from many colleges and universities visit both Macomb campuses to offer valuable transfer information throughout the school year.

Transfer Plans

Current Macomb Community College students may access a transfer plan of study for their intended college or university and their intended major through the WebAdvisor system.  Prospective Macomb students will need to meet with a counselor or academic advisor to obtain this information.

Counseling & Transfer Program Planning

If you are decided on a transfer program major or college, you can consult with an academic advisor to map out an associate degree or plan your transfer courses. If you are undecided, you can work with a counselor to narrow your options.

Financial Aid and Transfer Scholarships

This office can provide information on financial assistance while dually enrolled.  Information on transfer scholarships available at the transfer colleges or universities is also provided.

Enrollment Services

The Enrollment Services department oversees and coordinates admissions, registration (new, drop/add, withdrawal), student records (grades, transcripts) and Veterans' services. This department is also responsible for information on how credit transfers into Macomb.

Macomb University Center

University Center programs are offered in collaboration with selected colleges and universities providing Macomb County residents increased access to advanced education through a mix of bachelor and master degree programs.

Articulation and Transfer

The Office of Articulation and Transfer acts as a liaison between the various student service offices within Macomb Community College and our external college and university partners.  This office gathers and disseminates the essential information necessary for students and their academic advisers to do efficient and effective transfer planning.  It also facilitates interaction between Macomb College faculty and their college/university colleagues.
