If you are thinking about repeating a course, first meet with an Academic Advisor.

Not necessarily. Usually, a university has specific requirements in order to gain admissions to the university and your major. Each situation is unique, so it is recommended that you meet with an Academic Advisor to determine your individual transfer requirements and degree eligibility.
Will my credits transfer to another college or university?
This depends. Two important factors regarding credits transferring include your transfer destination and the major you plan to pursue. In many instances a course may transfer, but you want to be sure that it transfers AND applies to your major. To discuss transferability, please meet with an Academic Advisor.
