A HOLD is placed on a student's academic record when an outstanding obligation, monetary or material, occurs. The HOLD is released when the obligation has been satisfactorily met.

Any person who has a HOLD placed on their record will not be allowed to register, receive transcripts, or receive any other services from the College until the HOLD is released.
