DETROIT BROTHERS DISCOVERY CHANNEL'S BIKER BUILD-OFF

In the summer of 2006, we were presented with an opportunity to be part of Discovery Channel’s Biker Build-off. The Detroit Brothers approached us to see if we could help them with the front-end of the chopper. Eagar for a challenge, we spent one long and hard week building nearly 20 components that make up the springer front-end. Dave Kaye designed the parts using Cimatron, while we programmed and machined the parts and holding fixtures Monday through Thursday evening.
