Release of Liability Form
If you have completed and turned in one Relase of Liability Form, you may now enter and go directly to the payment window for enty into the meet. One signed form is good for the entire indoor season.
If you have NOT completed a form one must be signed and brought with you for entry for the indoor meets.
MACOMB COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS

ENTRY CARDS: Same format as last year. Coaches must have 3x5 index cards filled out prior to the meet (see sample entry card in packet). These must be truned in between 3:15-3:45 p.m. in room 143, the day of the meet.
ENTRY FEE: $6.00 per person will be payable at the ticket booth in the Fieldhouse. There is a maximum of $80.00 per Girl's Team and $80.00 per Boy's Team.
DRESSING: Dressing and shower facilities are available. We are not responsible for valuables.
TRACK SURFACE: All surfaces are tartan except for the shot put (wood). NO SPIKES MAY BE WORN. Flats only or shoes with spikes removed are allowed.
AWARDS: Medals for first five places in all individual events, three places for relays.
ENTRIES: Each school may enter 2 ATHLETES PER EVENT regardless of ability. Each school may enter only one team per relay.
TEAM SCORE: No team score will be kept.
ADMISSION: There will be a $6.00 charge for anyone entering. (parents, spectators, athletes, etc.)
NOTE; A coach must be present at ethe coaches meeting for that team to compete.

NOTE: FAST HEATS ARE RUN FIRST IN ALL RUNNING EVENTS. We will run one event after the other. Please have your athletes ready. It is your responsibility that the athlete is on time and ready to compete. TIME SCHEDULE IS TENTATIVE. The time schedule above is Last years actual time schedule.
