• All meets will be held in The Sports and Expo Center of the Physical Education Building at Macomb's South Campus (12 Mile and Hayes, Warren).
• Meets will be held on Friday's, January 9 & 16 and February 6, 13, 20 & Thursday, February 26. Meets will begin at 5:30pm. Doors will open at 4:30pm.
• Oakland County Championship Meet will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 and Macomb County Championship Meet will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2009. Meets will begin at 4:00pm. There will be more information on these meets in the future.
• No pre-registration is necessary. All field event people must be signed in at their respective areas by the start of the event or they will not be allowed to compete in that event.
• Runners report to the clerk when their event is called. There will be no time frame associated with the order of the running events. Each event will be run as soon as the event before it is completed.
• There is an entry fee of $6.00 per person (athletes, coaches, parents, spectators, etc.), payable at the entrance to the Expo Center.
