As the business of music continues to move online, Macomb Community College Workforce & Continuing Education is taking a leadership role in educating the next generation of music industry professionals.  Our Music Industry faculty includes award winning songwriters, engineers, production managers, producers, artists, publishers, and music business entrepreneurs from across the country.

Today’s trillion-dollar global entertainment economy offers a variety of career paths for you to choose from including: music production/engineering, publishing, management, record labels, distribution, TV, Film, Radio, live performance theater, industrial film audio production, ad agencies, special events, and more. As the 6th largest employer in the U.S, the music and entertainment industry offers more than 400 unique job titles.
