FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION

Food Service Managers must take the Food Service Manager Exam at a proctored test site. They must re-take the exam every 5 years to maintain their certification. Macomb offers courses to prepare you for the exam. See the FAQ page for more information.
