This four (4) hour course is structured to present basic information on the proper use of
Portable Fire Extinguishers including:

• Safety Considerations
• Classifications of Fire
• Extinguishing Agents
• Methods of Extinguishment
• Selection and Operation

Live Practical Applications using portable live-fire devices at your location or our live-fire burn pad at our site.  This course meets the requirements of OSHA Regulation 1910.157 and MIOSHA Part 8, Portable Extinguishers. Approved for DEQContinuing Education Credits for Waste & Drinking Water.
