The responsibilities of managing a fire department demand different skills than those used on an emergency run. Fire Officer training is the best way to learn the management skills necessary to run an efficient and effective department. Macomb offers the Michigan Fire Fighter Training Council Fire Officer I, II, and III programs. We also feature an advanced Emergency Services Management and Leadership Studies Course for command officers.
