LANDSCAPE DESIGN

 

All good design begins with the basic elements and properties of art & design which will be covered in our series of outstanding classes. You'll quickly hone your skills to create professional landscape renderings using techniques learned with details and measurements taken doing an on-site analysis.

Build your resume and earn your Macomb College Center for Continuing Education Basic Landscape Design Certificate by completing the four core courses and required electives taught by landscape professional Rick Lazzell.

Rick Lazzell is a Professional Landscape Designer Certified by the Association of Professional Landscape Designers, as well as a Certified Trainer for the Michigan Deptartment of Agriculture - Certifed Pesticide Applicator Program. In addition he serves as a National Test Observer - for the Certified Landscape Technician Program administered by PLANET (Professional Landcare Network). Once you've completed your certificate requirements, contact the Center for Continuing Education and ask for the certificate request form. Complete and return it to continuinged@Macomb.edu for confirmation and delivery of your certificate. Please note that classes should be taken in order.
