Acquire an overview of every position that works in a production office, from an office P.A.  and assistant office production coordinator, to production supervisor and line producer.  The production manager handles the many business facets of the production.

Discover the basic responsibilies of being an assistant director and what software is used by the production office and by the assistant directors.Realize how to work between the two departments and rise from office P.A. to a line producer and the ranks of key P.A. to become an Assistant Director. 

Uncover breaking down scripts, and how to budget and schedule them.  Gain the skills to open  and close a production office.  And know what paperwork to pass on to the producers and what to keep for yourself.

The production manager needs to create crew and cast, housing, location,  vendor lists and the multitude of details that come with that responsibilty, but  most of all, how to keep the entire production organized!
